Come grow with us!Job Description:Responsibilities:This position is responsible for consulting with new or existing lender clients in optimizing their credit risk management processes through their use of Crowe technology tools. Primary responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of Crowe financial analysis technology, developing customer relationships, maintaining an understanding of customer credit processes and system usage, collaborating with the software technical team to troubleshoot customer issues, growing the impact of the product with clients, and participating as a subject-matter coach with the product development team in helping to design new software capabilities to address emerging needs.

  • Develop a deep understanding of Crowe's financial analysis software
  • Establish and maintain relationships with commercial credit professionals and clients
  • Support clients use of Crowe financial analysis software
  • Consult with new and existing clients on commercial credit best practices and Crowe technology tools
  • Gather information regarding the processes and tools used by existing clients and prospects
  • Maintain understanding and familiarity with regulatory compliance affecting the commercial credit area
  • Collaborate with software technical team to identify the most effective methods to accomplish client goals while creating efficiencies and improving the quality of credit decision data
  • Translate client-driven business needs into consumable features/stories for the development team
  • Prepare and make presentations to new and existing clients
  • Collaborate and provide guidance with agile development teams in building quality software and software enhancements
  • Prepare and analyze financial analysis industry peer data
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure they are able to execute their commercial credit processes with the support of the technology toolsQualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
    • SQL experience
    • Strong data visualization skills, Power BI experience a plus
    • Data analytics experience a plus
    • Solid understanding of financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, cash flows, and key ratios
    • Credit underwriting or financial statement analysis experience a plus
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and within established timeframes and budgets
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong math aptitude, organizational and analytical skills
    • Technology savvy, having a passion to work with and create new software technology
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships both internally and externally
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Passionate about bringing improvement and change to the commercial credit industry
