  Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk Position:
  
  • 
    
  • Data entry of credit card statements and receipts
    
  • Prepare and code journal entries in the general ledger
    
  • Verify all necessary documentation is present
    
  • Send processed credit card statements to accounting manager for approval
    
  • Verify accuracy of all data entry and documentation
    
    Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
    
    • 
      
    • Minimum one year of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
      
    • Basic Microsoft Excel skills, familiarity with Adobe PDFs
      
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized
      
    • Desire and willingness to learn
