Bilingual Customer Support Details: Temp-to-Hire position $14.00 to $15.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Inbound call assistance. Phone based support for patients regarding insurance coverage, medical billing, claims and payment inquiries. Assist callers with understanding charges, verifying insurance details, setting up payment arrangements and resolving billing discrepancies. First shift position 8am-5pm Pay increase after training Bilingual Customer Support Qualifications: Must be Bilingual Must have excellent computer skills Must have excellent office etiquette Must have proven track record of stable job history and good attendance HIPPA compliance Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
