Description

The Reporting Specialist is responsible for generating, maintaining and analyzing sales and account related data. This position manages and maintains multiple reporting databases and reporting dashboards. This position requires working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong to excellent Excel skills.
Candidates with AS400-IBMi system experience are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

---Review data requests on a regular basis;
---Create specialized, accurate ad hoc management reports from a diverse range of data.
---Develop a comprehensive data retrieval plan to pull data efficiently from mainframe sources;
---Verify data output to identify and eliminate potential errors;
---Maintain detailed reporting and project schedules to ensure timely and thorough data management;
---Demonstrate technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with commitment to accuracy
---Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regularly, in informal and formal settings;
---Prepare and present key insights to support senior management decision making;
---Use resources and tools to evaluate competitor intelligence, product/service offerings and strategies;
---Update internal process documentation, as needed;
---Create and maintain Wholesale accounts, utilizing a general knowledge of all active accounts;
---Perform other support duties, as needed.

Qualifications
---Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, required;
---2+ years comparable professional experience;
---Experience demonstrating advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities (pivot tables, V Lookup, etc.), required;
---Basic Accounting knowledge or experience, preferred;
---Experience with AS400-IBMi System;
---Excellent 10-key skills;
---Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
---Advanced written and oral communication skills;
---Flexible schedule with availability for limited overtime.
