At Kellanova, a pioneer in diverse food categories, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic engineering team. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our production lines, which bring beloved brands such as Cheez-It®, Pringles®, and Eggo® to tables around the world. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine checks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and executing preventative maintenance plans. Perform routine and scheduled maintenance of machinery and equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs Assist in the installation of new manufacturing equipment Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and machine performance Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations Adhere to safety protocols and regulations within the plant environment Strong mechanical aptitude Proficiency in using tools and repair equipment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and other manufacturing systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) preferred OSHA Safety Certification is a plus
