• Many More!Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position, providing an excellent opportunity to lead and manage a dedicated team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering management, CNC equipment, foam fabrication, mixer dispensing, and profit and loss.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the engineering department, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Use your expertise in CNC equipment and foam fabrication to ensure the highest quality of product output.
  • Oversee mixer dispensing processes, ensuring optimal efficiency and safety.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Proficient knowledge of CNC equipment and foam fabrication processes.
    • Experience with mixer dispensing systems.
