Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Collaborative Work Environment: Work closely with operations and engineering to optimize machine performance Professional Development: Exposure to complex CNC systems and opportunity to enhance technical skills Work-Life Balance: Scheduled maintenance and repair priorities aligned with production needs Job Details Qualifications – Needed: High School Diploma or equivalent; technical diploma, Associates degree, or Journeyman card preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, machining, or tooling Experience with CNC machine maintenance, repair, and optimization Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC controls Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance recordkeeping Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members and leadership to maintain optimal equipment performance Key Responsibilities and Duties: Troubleshoot, prioritize, and perform mechanical/electrical repairs on all production equipment Conduct scheduled maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubrication, and component inspection Collaborate with technical support resources to troubleshoot and repair CNC machines Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Identify, order, and install replacement parts Use measuring equipment and hand tools for maintenance and repair Fabricate components as necessary for repairs Work with operations and engineering to reduce downtime and improve processes Interested in hearing more?
