Creek, MI You arrive to the shop floor with a plan: convert complex
prints into efficient toolpaths, validate code, and keep production
humming. As the go-to CNC Manufacturing Programmer, you’ll
translate specifications into high?quality parts through smart
programming and precise setups. What you’ll do Create, refine, and
optimize CNC programs for diverse machining operations, focusing on
cycle?time reduction and quality. Set up and run CNC equipment,
monitoring performance and adjusting offsets and parameters to keep
processes stable. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and
detailed technical drawings to produce accurate, repeatable code.
Verify results with in?process and final quality checks to ensure
components meet specifications. Partner closely with engineers and
production teammates to troubleshoot machining challenges and
eliminate root causes. Keep programming files, setup sheets, and
operational documentation current and organized. Drive continuous
improvement initiatives that elevate throughput, consistency, and
part quality. What you bring Proven background as a CNC Programmer
in a manufacturing setting. Fluency with CNC controls and
programming languages (G?code, M?code). Strong print reading and
interpretation skills across drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus. Sharp troubleshooting
ability and meticulous attention to detail. Clear communicator who
thrives in a collaborative, team?oriented environment. High school
diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus. Hands?on
