This role requires a hands-on individual who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability of our manufacturing equipment and systems, ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities: As a Maintenance Technician, your duties will include but are not limited to: 1. Performing preventive maintenance on all equipment and systems in accordance with established schedules and procedures. 2. Diagnosing and repairing faults in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. 3. Operating and maintaining PLC, VFD, HMI, and CMMS systems. 4. Ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, and other relevant safety and quality standards. 5. Responding promptly to breakdowns and carrying out repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible. 6. Assisting with the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems. 7. Use of mill and press machinery. 8. Working with ammonia refrigeration systems, freezers, HVAC systems, and other industrial equipment. 9. Using PPE correctly and following all safety procedures to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries. 10. Collaborating closely with other team members and departments to optimize production processes and improve overall plant performance. Interested in hearing more?
