Job Description Job Description Estimator We are an electrical contractor focused on data center and mission critical construction. We are hiring an Electrical Estimator who can produce accurate, competitive bids and communicate scope clearly from bid day through project handoff. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into drawings and specs, building clean takeoffs, and turning complex requirements into a well-supported estimate and proposal. Key Responsibilities Review drawings and specifications, complete takeoffs, and build labor and material estimates Set up and organize bid files, addenda, and estimating software (Accubid, Live Count, or similar) Level vendor and subcontractor quotes and identify scope gaps Write clear proposal letters with inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications Submit RFIs as needed and support bid "comeback" items Assist with project handoff and change order pricing documentation Qualifications 5 to 8 years of electrical construction experience (mission critical preferred) Bachelor's degree preferred (Construction Management, Engineering, or related) Strong Excel and written communication skills Accubid experience preferred Benefits Health Vision Dental Bonus PTO 401k Relocation Assistance - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
