Compensation: $35 - $45 hourly Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Lead daily service calls on shingle, metal, and low?slope roofs Diagnose leaks and perform hands?on repairs Explain issues and solutions to homeowners Document work using Zuper Guide and train 1–2 team members What You’ll Experience Variety in daily work and real problem?solving Independence with strong team support Training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities (Senior Service Foreman - Field Manager - Production Manager) Qualifications: 4 years of roofing experience: shingle & metal required; low?slope roofing, siding, and seamless gutter installation a plus!
