OverviewWe are seeking a motivated, high-performing leader to
take the helm of a growing business in South Bend, IN. This is an

oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, financial
performance, and team development. With full P&L ownership,

growth, optimize key performance metrics, and foster a
high-performing culture.This is a unique leadership opportunity

expanding network.Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by executing strategies to improve
revenue, sales conversions, average invoice value, customer
satisfaction, and maintenance subscription plans.
- Lead a high-performing team by fostering a culture of
accountability, professional development, and engagement at all
levels.
- Ensure operational excellence through data-driven
decision-making, process improvements, and customer-first
service.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting,
and full P&L accountability to achieve business goals.
- Expand employment opportunities, driving workforce growth,

- Be a hands-on leader-this is an in-person role requiring a
strong daily presence in South Bend to lead by example.What We're

- Proven leadership experience (3+ years) managing teams in
trades, construction, service or similar industries.
