Description: Adecco Finance and Accounting is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Senior Accountant role in Lake Forest, Illinois.



This is a temporary opportunity for an Senior Accountant preferably with a CPA that has experience working with internal audits for publicly traded organizations.



Operational Decision Making – Demonstrate an ability to quickly synthesize data to recommend decisions regarding accounting issues and direction.




Results Orientation – Demonstrate a bias toward action and problem resolution.




Personal Leadership – Autonomously perform duties. Create a vision for the future and capture the imagination of the team to achieve.




Team Orientation – Create and support the vision of the leadership team and encourage teammates to achieve.




Technical Aptitude – Demonstrate a knowledge of technical GAAP accounting and internal control practices as well as a capacity for complex analysis and problem-solving.
