Job Description:

Myticas is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project/Release Manager for a direct client in Waukegan, IL.Duration: 6+ months with potential extensionDescription:The Release Manager will oversee planning and execution of small to medium projects supporting enterprise-wide desktop software and tool deployments initiated by Infrastructure, Architecture, and Innovation (IAI). The candidate should prioritize effectively and work independently.Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field, or an Associate degree with 10+ years of relevant IT Project Management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in IT project management, business systems analysis, or deployment/release management, including at least 3 years managing Infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management practices, Software Development Lifecycle, and ServiceNow.
• Experience in compiling and analyzing desktop inventory data and metrics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project.
• Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Citrix virtual environments.
  • ServiceNow Release Management experience.
  • Knowledge of Software Life Cycle (SLC) process, including risk and impact assessments.
  • Experience with Clarity PPM tool.
  • Familiarity with Organization Change Management or related certification.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
  • ITSM Essentials, ITIL, PMP certifications.
  • Proficiency with O365 tools.
