Entry-Level Homecare Compliance DirectorLocation: Birmingham, AL, 35209Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Homecare Compliance Director. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our homecare services comply with all relevant regulations and standards. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations
• Train staff on compliance requirements
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues
• Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and standardsSkills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel in company carEducation and Experience:Previous experience in healthcare compliance is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.
