(Associate Director) (Multiple Positions) (1600502), Ernst & Young
U.S. LLP, Chicago, IL.Work closely with Partners and Project
Leaders across EY's globally-matrixed member firms to design and
implement change management solutions to improve and accelerate the
delivery of projects and transformation initiatives, to meet market
demand for integrated, high quality, cross-border services, as well
as to achieve necessary efficiencies and effectiveness. Responsible
for specific, large, complex, broad and ambiguous, globalization
and transformation projects and workstreams. Leverage previous
senior client serving consulting and advisory experience to
assigned large scale projects and work streams, to guide and advise
internal global departments on globalization, process and change
management efforts. Work with internal leaders, act as their
consultant, and make independent and direct recommendations with
respect to the change needed to achieve department goals. Perform
assessments of existing internal clients and provide insights and
solutions to key issues. Manage key initiatives by performing
analysis on high level, sophisticated, and sensitive projects for
global leadership. Use best practices and techniques and knowledge
to provide client with smooth delivery of projects/program
outcomes.Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills
and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job
feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term
client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of
quality client services. Generate and manage new business
opportunities.Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per
week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Must have a Bachelor's
degree in Business, Management, Economics or related field, plus 10
years of progressive, post baccalaureate related work experience.
Alternatively, must have a Master's degree in Business, Management,
Economics or related field, plus 9 years of related work
experience.
Must have 9 years of assessing current landscapes for internal or
external clients, providing insight around hypothesis and
solutions.
Must have 9 years of consulting and/or advisory experience working
on large scale, complex globalization, process and/or change
management projects and workstreams.
Must have 9 years of experience in change management in a
globally-matrixed environment at a consulting or professional
services firm.
Must have 9 years of experience in designing, setting up and
managing a PMO or EPMO for a large complex program involving
multiple, related projects.
Must have 9 years of experience in implementing governance
structures for complex programs and organizations, including,
definition of ownership, accountability roles and responsibilities,
decision making frameworks, gate approval process, program wide
communications, and formalized and standard program steering.Must
have 9 years of experience in MS Office.Must have 9 years of
experience with standard project methodologies, including project
initiation, current state analysis, future state design,
implementation and project transition/close.Requires up to 20%
domestic and international travel to serve client needs.Employer

salary for this job is $187,160.00 per year. In addition, our Total
