The Strategic and Advanced Sourcing Specialist operates in a
dual-capacity role supporting both business development pursuits
and strategic sourcing implementation projects. This position
requires a versatile professional who can seamlessly transition
between supporting Pursuit Leads in developing competitive
solutions for new business opportunities and executing complex
sourcing initiatives during client transition and optimization
phases. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills,
market knowledge, strong organizational abilities with timeline
management expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality
results across multiple concurrent priorities while effectively
coordinating key dates and stakeholder expectations. Key
Responsibilities Pursuit Support Activities Collaborate with
Sourcing Pursuit Leads to develop innovative third-party solutions
and competitive pricing strategies for new business opportunities,
client expansions, and renewals. Conduct market research, supplier
identification, and preliminary pricing analysis to support sales
teams in developing compelling client proposals and presentations.
Strategic Sourcing Implementation Execute advanced sourcing
projects during client transition phases, including comprehensive
due diligence activities, market analysis, and supplier capability
assessments. Support the implementation of sourcing solutions from
contract award through operational delivery, ensuring seamless
transition and day-one readiness. Market Research & Intelligence
Conduct detailed market intelligence gathering to support both
pursuit activities and implementation projects. Analyze supplier
capabilities, pricing trends, and service delivery models to inform
sourcing strategies and ensure competitive positioning for JLL and
its clients. Report analysis to Supply Chain and business
stakeholders in client-ready form. RFx Process Management Manage
Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and
Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes for both pursuit support and
implementation projects. Develop comprehensive tender
documentation, coordinate supplier responses, and conduct thorough
evaluations to deliver optimal sourcing outcomes. Data Analysis &
Financial Modelling Collect and analyze complex data sets to
support sourcing decisions and strategic recommendations. Perform
financial modelling, cost analysis, and benchmarking activities
that inform both pursuit strategies and implementation approaches.
Contract & Compliance Management Assist with contract development,
negotiations support, and documentation management for both pursuit
and implementation activities. Lead contract execution for assigned
advanced sourcing projects, including drafting, negotiation, and
finalization. Coordinate with Legal & Risk teams to ensure
contractual terms align with business objectives and compliance
requirements. Savings Identification & Delivery Identify and
quantify cost savings opportunities through competitive sourcing
processes and optimization initiatives. Track and report on savings
delivery, ensuring clients receive measurable value from sourcing
activities, as needed. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Monitor
supplier performance, track project milestones, and provide regular
reporting on sourcing activities to the Advanced Sourcing/Strategic
Sourcing Leader. Maintain accurate documentation and metrics to
support continuous improvement efforts. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university 3
years strategic sourcing or related experience Demonstrated ability
to manage complex project timelines and coordinate critical
deliverables with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines
Experience developing comprehensive contract frameworks including
statement of work, service schedules, and pricing structures with
strong attention to detail and professional document standards
Proven ability to support and influence teams in decentralized
environments Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication
skills (oral and written) Proficient in MS Office applications with
strength in advanced Excel for financial modelling and data
analysis, plus strong PowerPoint for executive presentations
Preferred Qualifications Project management and business
transitions experience Market knowledge and ability to deliver
high-quality results across multiple concurrent priorities What You

sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 105,020.00 –
126,023.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual
compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined
by various considerations including but not limited to candidate
qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal
