Kosciusko Community Hospital, located in Warsaw in the heart of Northern Indiana lake country and part of the Lutheran Health Network, is working with a strong, established independent practice to provide Hem/Onc services in our community. • Support of 2 NPs in clinic; Average 15 patients/day
