The Orthopedic Hospital Outpatient Surgery Center - Fort Wayne Orthopedic Campus is looking for Pre/Post/PACU Registered Nurses (RN) in our Outpatient surgical department to join our team! We offer a welcome bonus and relocation bonus up to $25,000, tuition reimbursement, and loan repayment along with excellent medical benefits for eligible candidates!
To be successful you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be compassionate, and filled with energy and stamina. Because this position requires strict adherence to safety and sanitary procedures, our Pre/Post/PACU Registered Nurses (RN) must also be excellent decision makers with a an eye for detail. Additionally, our Pre/Post/PACU Registered Nurses (RN) communicate with the patient and family before and after procedures, stay with the patient throughout the surgical procedure carefully monitoring and caring for patient needs, while working closely with the surgical doctor and team.
New grads can grow within our Nurse Residency program while experienced RNs can advance within the Clinical Advancement Program.
