Family Physicians of St. Joseph Full Time Hours: 4 or 4.5 day work weeks; Hours can be modified to fit your individual needs Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 8-12; Well established patient panel of around 700 patients Call Schedule: 1:4 Shared call Compensation: Guaranteed salary Benefits: - 401k- Profit sharing- Health care benefits Additional Info: - Deliver affordable, accessible, and thoughtful family medicine through our Direct Primary Care model- We accept no health insurance, but rather bill our patients via a monthly retainer.- You'll take on a well-established panel of 700 patients from a retiring physician who has been caring for those patients for 25+ years.- Our clinic is staffed with a fantastic and highly dedicated nursing team, friendly front desk staff, and 3 other family doctors, each with 10+ years of experience. - Practice family medicine the way you always imagined: by taking the time to really care for your patients.- Freed from most insurance restrictions, patients are seen through various outlets, including texts, emails, traditional office visits, telehealth visits, and home visits.- Conveniently located in the beautiful city of St. Joseph, Michigan, a charming community situated on the picturesque shores of Lake Michigan, only 90 minutes from Chicago.
