*Job description**Job Summary: FT & PRN position available*FT ELIGBLE FOR $2000 SIGN-ON BONUSWe are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to our patients in a skilled nursing facility while upholding high standards of professionalism and ethics. The ideal candidate should have a deep passion for patient care and be knowledgeable in basic nursing procedures.Qualifications:* New nurses encouraged to apply* Active LPN license in the state of practice* High school diploma or equivalent* At least 1 year of experience working in a healthcare facility* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a teamResponsibilities:* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and nurse practitioners in accordance with nursing standards* Monitor and document patients' vital signs, health status, and medical history* Assist with the admission and discharge processes, ensuring that patient needs are met* Work collaboratively with physicians, healthcare providers, and other nursing staff to deliver quality patient care* Provide patient and family education on healthcare needs, treatment options, and self-care management* Uphold all infection control and safety protocols within the facility.Physical Requirements:* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds* Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time* Must be able to perform basic nursing tasks including medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.The company is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and discourages discriminatory practices in the hiring process.
