Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified Med/Surg RN in Chicago, Illinois, 60612! Pay Information
$1,717 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of
recent acute care experience in Medical-Surgical nursing required.
License: Current state nursing license required. Certifications:
BLS certification required. NIHSS certification required. ACLS
certification preferred. Must-Have: Must be able to float to
various units as needed by the facility. Description: This position
is for a Registered Nurse in a Medical-Surgical setting. The shift
required is for nights, working three 12-hour shifts per week.
Every other weekend commitment is required, with 2 weekends per
month. Requests for time off are limited to a maximum of 5 days,
with no more than 2 consecutive days off. Time off is not permitted
the day prior to or following a holiday, or on weekends. Floating
to other areas within the facility is mandatory as necessary based
on staffing needs. Travelers may be asked to float to different
units, potentially outside their primary area of competency.
Candidates should be responsive and proactive in completing all
required compliance items for the assignment. Orientation will be
24 hours, and there will be no billable hours for this time. Proof
of vaccinations is required prior to the start date. Compliance
