Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Respiratory Therapist for a local contract job in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Respiratory Therapist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 07/28/2025 - Duration: 52 weeks - 32 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract Permanent Hire Start Date: 3 weeks from the offer Must have 6 months experience in the specialty Must be licensed in IN state - Every third weekend Cert Resp Care Practitioner: Range $23.36-$35.04 Reg Resp Care Practitioner: Range $24.72-$37.07 Position may be eligible for $15,000 sign on bonus and relocation up to $5,000 Certification: - BLS - Must have ACLS and NRP certifications or obtain within 6 months. - Must be a graduate of a respiratory therapy program. - Must obtain entry level certification and must have a valid Registered Respiratory - Therapist credential from the NBRC. - Must have a current Indiana State license for Respiratory Care Practitioners. - Must be able to be on call. - Must be able to lift 30 pounds. - Provides care to all patient populations for therapeutic purposes. Provides bedside diagnostic procedures as needed. Reviews and maintains respiratory care plans. Performs evaluations on patients and adjusts the care appropriately.
