About the Facility Location The facility is located in South Bend, IN. About the Clinician's Workday The assignment is expected to begin in January or February and will be ongoing full-time for six months or more. The role is primarily clinic-based, with occasional hospital rounding. The schedule is 40 hours per week, offering 5x8s or 4x10s for APPs and 5x8s for MDs/DOs. Call and weekend coverage are minimal, focused mainly on clinic needs. The daily patient volume is 1520. The EMR and treatment planning system used is Mosaiq. The team includes five leading oncologists, strong RN and administrative support, a dedicated phone triage staff, four nurse practitioners (three seeing patients and one managing infusion orders), and one radiation oncologist. Board certification and an active state license are required to submit candidates.
