Shift: 3x12 Nights (1900-0700). Call Requirement: None. Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend. Floating Requirement: Yes. Holiday Requirement: Rotational. Years of Experience Required: 2 years. First-timers accepted: Yes. Patient Ratio Experience: 4-5 patients. Charting System Experience: Cerner preferred. Community Hospital Experience: Preferred. LTAC Experience: Preferred. Feeding tube care and management. Heparin protocols. High flow nasal cannula management. Interpretation of arterial blood gases. Interpretation of dysrhythmias. Isolation precautions. IV insulin protocols. Management of cardiac and vasoactive drips. Dysrhythmias management. Telemetry experience. Peripheral line care/management. PICC line management. Post cardiac procedures care. Procedural sedation monitoring. Renal failure management. Spinal cord injury care. Wound care management. Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Daily Census: Fluctuates. Number of Beds: 20. Additional Unit Information: Interdisciplinary support available. Patient diagnoses: Telemetry or Med/Surg diagnoses. Candidates will float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby. Travelers need to complete modules prior to start. Behavior and conduct policies are enforced strictly.
