working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in
South Bend, Indiana, 46601! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:

Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience:
Minimum of 1 year preferred License: Active state license required
prior to start Certifications: BLS certification required
Must-Have: Telemetry experience required, Cerner experience
preferred Description: The position available is for a registered
nurse specializing in medical/surgical/telemetry. Candidates must
have a minimum of 1 year of telemetry experience, with a preference
for those experienced in Cerner. This role requires the ability to
float across multiple adult inpatient departments, including
cardiac stepdown, oncology, ortho/trauma, post-surgical, rehab, and
ICU stepdown as needed. Expectations also include working every
other weekend and being available for call shifts twice per
contract. A winter holiday shift is required. Candidates must have
skills in the interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
Registered nurses should be comfortable with oxygen administration
and peripheral line care. Experience with telemetry on-unit and
remote monitoring is essential. Duties will involve working within
an interdisciplinary team and caring for adults and geriatric
patients. The average daily census is approximately 35 patients,
with a patient ratio of 6 patients per nurse. Candidates must
complete necessary modules prior to starting. It is crucial to
maintain professional conduct, as any unprofessional behavior may
