Working closely with a team of health professionals, you will utilize your expertise to ensure the highest standards of health and comfort for our residents. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for seniors according to their specific aging-related health needs Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor patient health and document their medical histories Provide psychological and emotional support to patients and their families Educate seniors and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Proficiency in handling medical equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus
