working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in
Harvey, Illinois, 60426! Job Title: RN - Emergency Room Profession:
Registered Nurse Specialty: ER Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night
3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an
urban, Level I Trauma ED License: Must have a valid RN license
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS Must-Have: Prior experience
in an urban, Level I Trauma ED Description: We are seeking an
experienced RN in the Emergency Room. The position requires a
patient ratio of 1:4. Candidates must have prior experience in an
urban, Level I Trauma ED. Teaching hospital experience is
preferred. First-time travelers are accepted. Weekend coverage is
required every other weekend. Floating may be required as needed.
Certifications in TNCC and CPI are preferred. Candidates will work
with a diverse patient population, including neonates, adolescents,
infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The department has a
daily visit average of approximately 120 patients. There are 34
rooms available in the unit. Interdisciplinary support includes
respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy,
radiology, social services, pharmacy, transportation, and unit
secretary. Candidates must possess skills related to critical care,
trauma management, and emergency procedures. Experience with
charting in Epic is preferred. Candidates should be able to manage
and apply splints, conduct procedural sedation administration and
monitoring, and handle behavioral health conditions. Successful
candidates will demonstrate the ability to assess and respond to
