Job Description:
We are seeking a Permanent Neuropsychologist in Michigan.
Permanent Neuropsychologist Position Type: Permanent Specialty:
Physician - Psychologist (Neuro) Location: Grand Rapids, MI Rate:
Open & Negotiable Shift: Monday Friday (No holidays or weekends)
Start Date: TBD End Date: N/A Position Details: Patient Population:
Adult and Geriatric Setting: 90% Outpatient, 10% Inpatient
Responsibilities: Conduct neurocognitive testing (8 per week)
Assess memory disturbances, dementia, traumatic brain injury, and
neurological conditions Perform pre-surgical assessments for deep
brain stimulation, bariatric, and epilepsy surgery Assess
decision-making capacity Work with a team of four providers
Supported by a psychometrist and business staff Required
Procedures: Neurocognitive and psychological assessments EMR
System: TBD Support Staff: Psychometrist & business team Days Per
Month: Full-time (Mon-Fri) On-Call/Weekends: None Submission
Requirements: Required: Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited
institution Internship endorsed by the American Psychological
Association 2 years of clinical experience in an organized
healthcare setting (1 year post-doctorate) Michigan license (or
willingness to obtain) Experience in leadership roles or training
for leadership preferred Visa support: Open to H1B (Not open to J1)
