Specialty : Gastroenterologist Start date : ASAP Coverage type: Call Only Schedule: M-F 7a - 5:30pm, 24 hour call on the weekends. 1 FTE, will accept multiple providers to fill position if needed. Other Info: Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day: 20 Number of Hospital Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: 12 Physicians in Your Group? 13 Number of Patients Per Day: 15 Level I Trauma Center Required Procedures: Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry, Esophageal Manometry Interpretation, Small Bowel Biopsy, Lower GI Endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Insertion/Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube, Capsule Deployment, Bravo, PH impedance, Breath test Interpretation, Esophageal and Anorectal Manometry Interpretation and Endoflip. Estimated 3 month credentialing timeframe SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS : IL license at the time of submission - Highly Preferred due to IL licensing delays Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine - Required at time of name clear Provider must be able to perform therapeutic procedures such as ERCP and EUS. - Required at time of name clear CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Board Certified - Required EMR System: Epic
