We are seeking a board-certified or truly board-eligible Radiation Oncologist for a 91-day locum tenens assignment in Michigan. This opportunity begins on Apr 13, 2026, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and no call requirements. The role involves delivering a full spectrum of radiation oncology services in a dynamic clinical environment, ideal for physicians with an active Michigan license and current BLS certification. Job Details - Location: Michigan - Start Date: Apr 13, 2026 - LOA: 91 days - Provider Type Needed: Radiation Oncologist - Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday; no call Responsibilities and Duties - Deliver conventional radiotherapy and 3D radiotherapy - Provide SBRT/IMRT services - Perform external beam radiation therapies, including 3D-CRT, IGRT, and IMRT - Conduct helical-tomotherapy, stereotactic radiosurgery, and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) - Administer fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy - Order diagnostic tests and imaging studies - Prescribe appropriate radiation oncology treatments Additional Information - Board certification in Radiation Oncology or true board eligibility required - Active Michigan medical license required - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Benefits - Strong compensation - Travel-related expenses covered - A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided - Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
