We are seeking a Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiologist for a 20-day locum tenens assignment in Kentucky. This opportunity starts on Mar 16, 2026, and features a Monday through Friday clinic schedule with weeknight and weekend call. The role includes approximately 2.5 days per week in clinic and procedure days. Job Details - Location: Kentucky - Start Date: Mar 16, 2026 - LOA: 20 days - Provider Type Needed: Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiologist - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm; 5pm - 8am weeknight call; 24-hour weekend call; assignment dates include Mar 16-20, Mar 23-27, Mar 30-Apr 3, and Jun 29-Jul 3 Responsibilities and Duties - Provide outpatient care in a clinic setting - Perform electrophysiology procedures as scheduled - Take weeknight and weekend call as assigned - Collaborate with clinic staff to coordinate patient care - Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EHR - Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and standards Additional Information - Must have an active Kentucky medical license - Required board certification: Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required - Minimum 2 years of experience with three peer references from the past two years Benefits - Strong compensation - Travel-related expenses covered - A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided - Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
