Fast Pace Health is seeking a dedicated PRN Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional healthcare to our communities. PRNs at Fast Pace Health work on an as-needed basis without a set schedule, providing flexibility while also offering critical support in urgent care and primary care settings. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Perform diagnostic tests, administer medications, and interpret patient information to provide appropriate and timely patient care. Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to clarify diagnoses or to obtain additional information. Maintain accurate patient records and keep track of medical supplies and equipment. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance measures. Respond to emergencies and urgent patient situations with quick, decisive actions. Strong clinical skills and proficiency in administering medical treatments and diagnostics Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively Compassion and empathy towards patients Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
