Job Description:
Trilogy Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Assistant Director of Nursing to join our healthcare team. The role
is pivotal in maintaining the highest quality of nursing care for
our residents by supporting the Director of Nursing in planning,
coordinating, and managing the nursing department. The successful
candidate will be responsible for supervising nursing staff,
managing clinical procedures, and ensuring compliance with all
national and local regulations. This role requires a
detail-oriented professional who embodies our commitment to
enhancing the life quality of our residents through personalized
care. Assist in overseeing the nursing staff and daily operations
of the facility. Implement nursing policies and procedures that
comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Coordinate with
healthcare providers and staff to improve the efficiency and
quality of patient care. Participate in the recruitment, training,
and evaluation of nursing staff. Monitor and ensure the accuracy of
all nursing documentation and patient care plans. Serve as an
intermediary between the nursing staff, other department heads, and
the Director of Nursing. Help conduct audits and prepare the
facility for inspections. Strong leadership and organizational
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient
in nursing practices and protocols Ability to manage and mentor
staff Competency in healthcare compliance and regulations Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment CPR and Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification Certified Nursing Administration (CNA)
or related advanced certification is preferred
