Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46804! Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) / Neuro
Medical Surgical / Telemetry City/State: Fort Wayne, Indiana Shift:
19:00-07:00, Nights, every other weekend, can accommodate up to 1
week pre-approved time off, no block scheduling Contract Length: 13
weeks Start Date: 02/16/2026 Job Description: Auto offer position
for RN in Neuro Medsurg with responsibilities involving higher
med-surg acuity, including diagnoses such as stroke, seizures,
post-op neuro surgeries, level 2 trauma patients, level 1 trauma
post-ICU care, DKA, renal failure, and general post-op care.
Responsibilities: Provide high acuity neuro-medical surgical care.
Conduct neuro assessments and manage post-surgical care. Manage
drains, chest tubes, and groin sites post interventional radiology.
Support post-ICU trauma patients and general medical surgical
diagnoses. Requirements: Active RN license with certifications in
ACLS, NIHSS, and BLS. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the
specialty area. Expertise in critical thinking and neuro
assessments. Proficiency with Cerner EMR. 5 Benefits of Travel
