Job Description Job Description Outpatient Gastroenterologist Opportunity in Fort Wayne, IN A well-established and thriving gastroenterology team in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is actively recruiting a Board Eligible/Board Certified Outpatient Gastroenterologist to join their collaborative and dynamic group. Role Highlights Primarily outpatient-focused with: 3.5 full days in endoscopy 1 full day in the clinic 0.5 day of dedicated administrative time weekly No weekend call required, per diem compensation available if you choose to pick up weekend inpatient shifts Minimal weeknight call (Monday-Thursday), supported by a nocturnist APP who takes first call Strong APP support for clinic patients The compensation model includes a generous base salary with a wRVU production incentive earning potential well over $1 million annually Future opportunity for ASC ownership Team Structure Join a comprehensive gastroenterology group that includes: Outpatient general gastroenterologists Interventional gastroenterologists Inpatient GI hospitalists IBD specialists Support team: Advanced Practice Providers with specialized GI training The group operates from three modern offices across Northeast Indiana, with the main office located on a large, integrated medical campus.
