Date: 60-90 days Call: 1:4 Call Support: 3 clinic APPs and 1
inpatient APP assist w/ patient care Compensation: $600,000 base
salary Bonus based on RVU production Quality bonus adds $50,000
potential Benefits: Full Benefits $75,000 Sign-on bonus $60,000
total retention bonus $15,000 in relocation reimbursement 33 days
of PTO 5 days $6,000 CME annually Malpractice with tail included at
