Job Description Job Description Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Hospital-Based Opportunity (East Chicago, IN) Location: East Chicago, Indiana (30 minutes from Downtown Chicago) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | On-Call Rotation (Evenings, Weekends, Holidays) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary Range: $130–$150 per hour About the Opportunity A well-established healthcare network in the Chicagoland area is expanding its anesthesia team and seeking an experienced or newly graduated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its hospital-based practice. This is a full-time, inpatient opportunity offering a balanced work-life schedule, competitive compensation, and excellent benefits — all within a thriving, community-centered health system. Position Highlights Stable and established CRNA role located just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago Practice within a modern hospital setting supported by advanced technology and resources Unique schedule structure designed to fully utilize your clinical skills Collaborative work environment with supportive anesthesiologists and clinical staff Access to world-class cultural and recreational amenities in the Greater Chicago area Schedule Details Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Call Structure: CRNAs provide secondary on-call coverage to anesthesiologists for cases extending beyond scheduled hours or weekends. Scheduling: Rotating weeknight and weekend call among three CRNAs, updated monthly. Environment: Inpatient hospital-based position with EPIC EMR (HIMSS Stage VII – top 5% of hospitals nationally).
