We are seeking an experienced Maternal Health Therapist (LCSW,
LCPC, or LMFT) passionate about supporting mothers through the
emotional and psychological challenges of pregnancy, childbirth,
and parenting. Responsibilities: Provide individual therapy to
clients navigating maternal health issues such as pregnancy,
postpartum, fertility challenges, miscarriage, infant loss, and
perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). Develop personalized
care plans and coordinate closely with healthcare providers and
support networks. Conduct comprehensive assessments and manage
ongoing client care. Offer support groups and psychoeducation for
maternal mental health concerns. Maintain thorough and timely
clinical documentation. Participate in community outreach and
educational events related to maternal health. Qualifications:
Licensed to practice in the state of Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Minimum 3–5 years clinical experience, preferably in maternal
health or women's mental health. Strong interpersonal and
collaborative skills. Leadership, mentorship, and program
development experience. Passionate about maternal mental health and
committed to Tides' mission and core values. Job Types: Full-time
Work Location : In person at our Chicago office with flexibility to
work remotely. Compensation: Per session and increases based on
