Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Kalamazoo,
Michigan, 49048! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

telemetry nursing Description: This position is for a telemetry
nursing role in a cardiovascular unit. The unit has a workload that
typically involves a patient ratio of 1:5-6, which can occasionally
increase to 1:7 due to call-ins. The majority of patients are on
continuous cardiac monitoring and may require cardiac drips.
Patient populations include those with heart failure, heart attack,
stroke, cardiac arrhythmias, and chest pain. There may be overflow
medical patients as well. The shift schedule involves three 12-hour
night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. Every other weekend and two out
of three holidays are required. Block scheduling cannot be
guaranteed but efforts will be made to accommodate requests.
Travelers must be located more than 50 miles away from the
facility. Experience in telemetry and familiarity with remote
monitoring are important. The unit utilizes Cerner for charting.
Additional skills pertinent to the position include management of
cardiac drips, telemetry monitoring, and patient care following
