Optimum has an open position for an Internal Medicine or Family
Medicine Physician to join an established facility in western

Overview: - Shift Information: 8-10 hour days - Schedule:
Monday-Friday, would consider a 4-day workweek - Limited call for
own patients on the weekdays - 14-18 patients per shift - MA and
APP for support - EMR: Epic - Will accept candidates with H1 visas
- Must be board-certified - Competitive base salary - Medical
malpractice insurance - Student loan repayment package - $50k
sign-on & $20k relocation bonus - 4 weeks of PTO & 1 week for CMEs
