Job Description We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and
innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) at an advanced
primary care clinic in South Bend, Indiana. In this role, you will
offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate
for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are
passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing
on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity
for you! Highlights: Manage only 10-17 patients per day Smaller
patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size) Focus
on outcomes, NOT production Work with a team of highly respected
physicians in the South Bend area Focus on preventive care, not
reactive treatment Predictable workweek with phone-only call Fewer
administrative tasks $270,000 - $285,000 base salary (negotiable
based on experience) Annual bonus $15,000 sign-on bonus Benefits
include 5 weeks PTO, malpractice on day one, health/dental, paid
vacation, CME, matching 401k, and retirement Qualifications: BE/BC
