Duly Health and Care in Hinsdale is seeking a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist/Cataract Surgeon who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward. Opportunity Highlights - Current practice includes 10 ophthalmologists, 5 optometrists, certified ophthalmic technicians and a full support staff - Support our clinic in Hinsdale. Possible satellite coverage will extend to Naperville and Downer's Grove. - Expect 500 cataract surgery cases/year to start with potential growth to 900/year! - Exceptional facility amenities with high end technology and devices to support a thriving practice from day one - Monday through Friday office hours, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Compensation & Benefits - The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $340,000 - $350,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $350,000 - $500,000.
