experience in the Operating Room. License: Current nursing license
required upon submission. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required. Must-Have: Level 1 Trauma experience.
Strong scrub and circulate skills. Experience in Orthopedics,
Orthopedic Trauma, Vascular, Urology, and General Surgery.
Description: The position requires an RN for the Operating Room.
This is a mid-shift position working five 8-hour shifts, from 2:30
PM to 11:00 PM. The RN will be required to provide call coverage
for one 12-hour shift per month on a Saturday or Sunday. There is
no weekday call duty required. Weekend work is required every other
weekend, totaling two weekends per month. Requests for time off are
limited to a maximum of five days, with no more than two
consecutive days off. No time off is permitted on weekends or
holidays, including the day before or after a holiday. The
clinician may be required to float to different units, as
determined by facility needs. The facility is a mandatory float
environment, and resources may be floated to meet operational
requirements. Candidates must demonstrate strong capabilities in
scrub and circulating roles. Preferred experience includes
Neurosurgery, Open Heart/Thoracic, Ophthalmology, ENT, Bariatric,
and Gynecology. Local candidates are preferred and must reside
within 75 miles of the facility. All candidates must provide proof
of required vaccinations prior to the start date. Returning
resources must complete recredentialing and orientation as per the
policy. This role is critical within a Level 1 Trauma Center,
ensuring high-quality surgical support. Requirements Required for
