Primary Care Physician opportunity in Kalamazoo, MIWe are seeking a quality-driven physician to join our post-acute care team in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This is a full-time opportunity (5 days/week) rounding in skilled nursing facilities, with excellent support and training, autonomy, and earning potential.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examsDevelop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needsMonitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomesCollaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approachEducate patients and families on health management and preventive strategiesMaintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulationsQualificationsCurrent physician license (State of Michigan) and DEAExperience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred, but not required; new grads welcome to applyStrong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCollaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive outlookJob more information, please email a copy of your CV to or call
