Responsibilities:

--- Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
--- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
--- Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
--- Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
--- Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints


Qualifications:

--- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills

--- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
--- Previous work in a customer-facing position
