Competitive Salary & 401K company match that vests immediately upon participation Traditional benefits for full-time hourly – Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term, and Long Term Disability Equity available to full time employees after 1 year of employment Generous sick leave & PTO policy Paid holidays About the Role: As a team member of the Sanitation Team, you will be responsible for washing and sanitizing tools, Lexan tubs, bus tubs and other items in the Dishwashing Room using a large commercial dishwashing machine and other methods. Keeping our utensils clean is a crucial part of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Responsibilities as a Dishwasher: Washing dishes and equipment in the Dishwashing Room to meet Farmer’s Fridge standards of cleanliness. Change the dishwasher water, detergent, and sanitizer to keep the machine running clean, and complete the Dishwasher Water Change Checklist in real-time. Clean the tool storage boxes, dish shelves, and stages (weekly) and keep the dish room tidy. Communicate with the QFS Team on equipment that must be swabbed to return to Production. Keep the floor and floor drains in the Production rooms and other rooms clean and free of debris Dump trash and compost bins to ensure they remain useable for Production Take Necessary knowledge, skills, and experience: Able to stand and work for long periods of time (8 hour shifts) in a cold environment (around 40 degrees) and in a hot environment. Must be able and willing to work in refrigerated coolers (~38?F) Able to lift 25-50 lbs.
