Come grow with us!Job Description:THE ROLEThe Global Head of Talent Acquisition (TA) will lead and inspire a global team of talent acquisition professionals to drive and enable the firm's entry level, experienced and contingent labor needs. This individual will partner closely with the Talent Solutions team overall and key business leaders to deliver a fantastic candidate experience coupled with innovative recruitment strategies and robust hiring processes. This role will be responsible for maintaining a clear understanding of the overall workforce staffing needs of the business and developing and driving strategies to ensure talent acquisition is fully aligned with the needs of the business to attract and hire talent from the external market. This individual brings thought leadership and strategic vision to the firm in the critical area of identifying and hiring the best in the industry and enabling the firm's workforce optimization strategy on a global basis.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Serve as a visionary to create and implement a compelling Global Talent Acquisition Strategy aligned to business needs, working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the firm.
  • Coach, mentor and support the TA team to act as consultative partners to the business and drive disciplined and inclusive talent practices.
  • Leverage and promote our employer brand to position Crowe as a talent magnet to inspire top talent to come and join the firm.
  • Serve as a deep and critical thinker utilizing data to effectively articulate current state of talent acquisition efforts and inform management decision making.
  • Build global workforce demand plans by collaborating with key business leaders and other critical stakeholders in operational functions (such as finance, talent solutions, marketing) to develop recruiting strategies aligned to supporting the firm's overall talent needs and succession planning programs.
  • Create TA strategies to deliver a seamless, and "delightful" candidate experience.
  • Partner with DE&I leadership to create an authentic and robust diversity recruitment strategy aligned to supporting the firm's DE&I commitments.
  • Partnering with the Talent Analytics team, lead the recruiting technology tools strategy to improve operational efficiencies and user experience for candidates, hiring managers and TA team overall.
  • Establish benchmarks for customer success, including executive, professional, university, and intern hiring, internal transfers, contract conversions, global sourcing, and talent acquisition activities.
  • Gather and share marketplace and competitive intelligence to inform and drive talent acquisition plans.
  • Lead and team as a trusted advisor and partner with firm leaders to determine workforce needs and ensure buy-in
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive and aggressive campus and experienced hire recruiting plans; drive and regularly report on recruiting metrics / results and management reporting tied to the business
  • Maintain cost effectiveness and efficiency for delivery of all recruiting services by developing and managing relationships with external vendors/independent contractors and tracking and analyzing expenses against the operational budget with linkage to the workforce recruiting plan.
  • Direct or perform other tasks and special projects as required or assigned by the CPO or key internal clients.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
    • 15 + years of TA and extensive leadership experience, architecting talent strategies that elevate the firm's talent acquisition efforts
    • Strong capability of influencing and managing through ambiguity and competing priorities.
    • Inspires trust with firm leadership and TA team by being fully aligned with the firm's core values.
    • Experience with global stakeholders and leading TA teams both domestically in the US as well as in key economic centers around the globe (prefer direct experience in India and Philippines in particular)
    • Demonstrated success in recruiting in a highly aggressive and competitive market
    • Track record of successfully developing and implementing recruiting programs with excellent strategic and creative thinking, project management, and analytical skills
    • Strong relationship-building skills and superior negotiation skills to deal effectively with internal and external contacts throughout the recruitment process, including Crowe partners, employees, recruits, other recruiters, and outside vendors
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and leading the implementation of recruiting strategies that support aggressive business growth for large scale ($1B+ revenue) organization
    • Proven key recruiting craft skills including sourcing, screening, interviewing (behavioral), the ability to "market" a position and a candidate, and negotiation skills required
    • Bachelor's degree required
