Job Description:

Youll lead and inspire teams, attract and retain top talent, ensure
compliance, and collaborate with multi-level store operations
managers to ensure all qualitative measures of people management
are met. This role involves frequent travel and building strong
relationships with employees at all levels. Were looking for
someone with excellent communication skills, strong decision-making
abilities, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a
fast-paced environment. Responsibilities What Youll Do: Oversee HR
Functions: Manage staffing, training, scheduling, and employee
relations for regional stores. Customer Service and Diversity:
Ensure that stores meet customer service requirements and diversity
standards. Talent Acquisition: Support initiatives in recruiting,
sourcing, interviewing, and training high-caliber store personnel.
Professional Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with
trade schools, military job placement centers, and employment
agencies. Risk & Safety Management: Monitor and assist in managing
risk and safety activities. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all
applicable laws and regulations at federal, state, and local
levels. Advisory Role: Advise the Regional Manager on HR-related
matters and help develop annual business plans. Investigations:
Investigate complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications What Were Lookin For: Experience: 1-2 years of
experience in multi-unit/field HR management, preferably in the
retail industry, managing HR functions for a company with 200
employees. Skills: Strong selling, coaching, training, customer
service, and communication skills. Talent Development: Ability to
assess and develop talent. Organizational Skills: Excellent time
management, prioritization, delegation, and organizational skills.
Leadership: Ability to motivate and lead functional teams to
deliver results. You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have: Bachelors
Degree (BA, BS). Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Professional in
Human Resources (PHR) and/or SHRM Certification is a plus. Since
