Job Description:

Tech support and Warranty Associate. Firefly is currently seeking highly motivated, ambitious, and driven candidates. This is an entry-level position that is responsible for sorting, verifying, and following up on parts and paperwork from OEM's, customers, vendors, and service calls. Summary Correspond with customers by telephone and email. Would be working with a wide range of customers and end users in an office environment that is fast paced and energetic with a fun-loving team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Working with technical support reps to maintain customer service standards and efficiency. Maintain accurate details of all work completed in technical support department. Assist Warranty Coordinator and/or Warranty Manager as needed. Job Duties: Working with customer to determine various issues within their RV Basic electrical knowledge (DC and AC) Document all involved cases Troubleshoot hardware over the Phone or Email. AV tracking/check-in or out/shipping Send info to Engineering for fixes/follow up and track progress Maintain Trello for voicemails emails Warranty parts processing (check in/out) Process and schedule part requests/orders Schedule in house service as needed Invoicing Process Return to Inventory parts Other duties as assigned. Knowledge & Skills: Must have a strong work ethic Ability to multitask and complete paperwork in a timely manner Ability to listen through a conversation and pull-out important information Must be flexible, able to adjust to change, able to follow up with customer when needed. Must be well organized and a self-starter Must be able to follow detailed instructions Must have the ability to identify and solve problems and make logical decisions Must be able to work with precision and a high level of accuracy Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable and able to focus on task at hand Possess strong time management skills Ability to understand technical operating, service or repair manuals Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Ability to interact with employees in a professional manner Ability to speak and write English fluently Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness Work & Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED 1 year of applicable experience preferred Physical Demands This position requires manual dexterity to properly and safely manipulate tools and controls. This position requires frequent sitting, and occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
